It’s not uncommon to come across animals while hiking in the woods, but these two weren’t expecting to stumble upon a litter of kittens.
The Houston couple was going for their usual walk through the woods in Spring Creek Park when their normal hike turned into quite the adventure. That’s because they came across four abandoned kittens roaming around in the middle of the forest.
Coming to the conclusion that the adorable kitties were not feral, they decided to round them up…which turned out to be easy, since they followed them right to the parking lot!
It was clear these babies weren’t feral by the way they immediately ran up to their new human friends.
Finally, a comfy place to take a nap!
Once they were home, the babies were treated to fresh food and water.
