Whenever I come across a rescue story, I cry. That’s just the way it is.
It’s incredibly difficult to see dogs suffering — but I love watching these videos because I get to witness their amazing recoveries. Sure, it’s easy to hate others for the cruel things that they do to animals, but the amazing people who save them always restore my faith in humanity. This veterinarian is one of those people.
When Jack the puppy was brought to the Vet Ranch, he could barely stand. He was emaciated and had horrible mange. Most of his fur was gone, and he had several open wounds that went straight down to the bone. With the help of a kind doctor named Matt Carriker, he got a second chance at life.
I can’t believe how healthy he looks at the end!
