This Veteran Struggles With A Stutter, So His Daughter Adorably Helps Him Out

Lance Lambert is an American hero.

After serving two tours of duty in Iraq, the biggest struggle this Texas veteran faces is reading bedtime stories to his six-year-old daughter.

Lambert has had a distinct stutter for his entire life, but if his time in the army taught him anything, it’s that he’s never alone when times get tough. While reading to his daughter before bed one night, Lambert began to stumble over his words.

Hearing the frustration in her dad’s voice, little Avery was ready to fill in the blanks.
