I can’t even begin to understand the bravery it takes for people to climb extremely tall structures.
Of course, I know that some are complete thrill-seekers, but that kind of adrenaline rush would never be worth risking my life. The experience would be amazing if you’re into that, though — especially if you’re able to take photos from those insane altitudes.
Self-taught Instagram photographer Angela Nikolau does just that. Although her pictures would send anyone with a fear of heights into a terrified frenzy, they are also breathtaking.
The fearless 23-year-old must be comfortable with straddling the line between life and death, because she loves capturing shots from dangerous heights.
Although the pictures are undeniably beautiful, they’re also kind of terrifying.
If she were to stumble at all, she would plummet to her death.
But it doesn’t seem to bother her, since continues to take these photos around the world in countries like Russia and China.
Nikolau flirts with the possibility of dying by posing on the edge.
So far, she’s visited places like the Mirax-Plaza in Russia, the Tsing Ma Bridge in Hong Kong, and the Goldin Finance 117 skyscaper in China.
“No limit, no control,” is a slogan she lives by, and it’s completely fitting.
She quite literally lives her life on the edge and wouldn’t have it any other way.
But if her poses weren’t giving you enough anxiety, she also does flips and other stunts while she’s up there.
I sincerely hope that she always maintains her balance.
