After searching high and low for the right woman for the job — Emily, these researchers were ready to get to work.
You see, the team of scientists from the University of New England wanted to perform the world’s first tiger shark ultrasound.
At just over 12 feet long, Emily was more than two-thirds of the way through her pregnancy and had only a few months left before childbirth; the perfect candidate for the first seaside sonogram.
