This Inspirational Teenager Proves That Working Hard Can Make Dreams Come True

Brandon Olander knew from a very young age exactly what he wanted to be when he grew up. In fact, he’s already fulfilling his dream.

His passion for drumming was born when he was 10 and happened upon a YouTube video of an award-winning drum line called the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps. He found some drumsticks at his uncle’s house and began practicing for five or six hours each day.

Olander kept working hard on achieving his dreams, one beat at a time, and incredibly got accepted into the highly acclaimed group at the young age of 16. Check out his inspiring story below.
