If you’re an animal lover, this short story is about to send you on the best kind of emotional rollercoaster.
The story starts off rather dark with a man jogging on a quiet country road when he sees something in the corner of his eye: a black plastic bag shaking in a shallow river. Fishing the bag out of the water, the man found something inside of it that would go on to change his life forever.
The beautiful film then starts showing life from the dog’s perspective, and it’s something everyone should see.
It was hard not to cry while watching that. Anyone who’s ever had a dog — or lost a dog — knows that they bring so much light into people’s lives. The least we can do is offer them the same in return.
