The racially charged incident involved a black woman who felt threatened by another passenger and began to cry, according to CBS. The pilot knew he had to get the flight to Puerto Vallarta back on track and get everyone there safely.
The inspiring pilot reminded his passengers that it’s important to respect everyone we meet. We’re in this together.
