Street food gets kind of a bad rap.
If you’ve ever wandered around Manhattan, you’ve probably been warned about “street meat” and all its nastiness. With the rise of food trucks, however, talented vendors have begun the process of turning that reputation around.
That being said, street food is a huge part of East Asian culture, and it’s not usually associated with grossness like it is here. This Chinese chef’s approach to the craft is something that you really have to see to believe. Eat your heart out, street meat!
How does one even learn how to do this? If you need me, I’ll be in the practicing in the kitchen (and failing miserably).
