It’s incredible what you can stumble upon in subway stations around the world. Most of the time, it’s rats feasting on pizza crust or hordes of people trying to get to and from work, but once in a while, you come across pure magic.
YouTuber EllandM was walking out of a Berlin subway station when she heard a talented rapper showing off his skills in one of the passageways. Being a singer herself, she couldn’t help but ask if he was up for an impromptu jam session. Using a background track from Phantogram, the two improvised a four-and-a-half minute song that can only be described as pure passion.
Underground rap…literally!
The rapper isn’t some random homeless dude in the subway, by the way. He’s an up-and-coming rapper known as INFIDELIX who sold his stuff to move from Texas to Berlin to join the German capital’s hip hop scene. You can watch a short documentary about him here.
