Disneyland May Be The Happiest Place On Earth, But Is It Haunted? Looks Like It

Disneyland is known as one of the happiest places on earth, but there are dark sides.

Disney theme parks have been the inspiration for (and unauthorized locations of) horror movies, and websites like The Ghost Diaries think that there’s more fact than fiction to the paranormal whispers surrounding their beloved attractions.

One source of speculation is the underground tunnel system used by cast members that connects all of Disneyland. Another is the prevalence of ashes spread by loved ones, especially on rides like the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean. Beyond speculation, however, there is also spooky video evidence of ghosts in Disneyland.

It’s shaky at first, but stick with it and you might see what appears to be a ghostly presence strolling through the park’s streets late at night.

Another video shows a paranormal figure watching the famous fireworks from atop a castle turret.

And this one shows a maintenance worker who’s not quite alone in the Tower of Terror. (Don’t worry if you don’t see it right away. The video will point out the ghost.)

Maybe they’re the happiest ghosts on earth, too. What do you think? Could Disneyland be haunted?
