Cop asks an old lady why money was falling out of her plastic bag. THIS is her answer!

Slightly previous woman was strolling down the road dragging two giant plastic rubbish luggage behind her. One of many luggage was ripped and each on occasion a $20 fell out onto the sidewalk.

Noticing this, a policeman stopped her, and stated, “Ma’am, there are $20 payments falling out of that bag.”
