After his sheep farm in England’s Lake District fell victim to over 300 thefts, one clever farmer had the bright idea to change his methods.
To help identify possible theft of his sheep, Pip Simpson dyed his whole flock orange. Backed by the United Kingdom’s National Famers’ Union, Simpson’s establishment has become quite the tourist attraction. People come out in droves to see these bold beauties in all their glory. The sheep will remain orange until next summer when they receive their annual sheering.
