For one group of mourners gathered at an Irish pub for a wake, the passing of an expensive pal wasn’t about shedding tears. As an alternative, it was all about honoring his reminiscence by rocking out in type!
To mark the passing of Ger ‘Farmer’ Foley, the purchasers and employees of Falvey’s Bar in Killorglin, Eire, determined to ship off their good friend in joyous trend by singing his favourite track, “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers. What began innocently sufficient with one man, Brian O’Sullivan, climbing onto the bar counter to get the sing-alongside going, shortly turned an all-out celebration.
I won’t have recognized Farmer Foley, however judging by the individuals he left behind, he clearly was a pleasure to be round.
