When my cat was a year old I asked him if he was getting me anything for my birthday…..
The next morning, on my birthday, he was meowing to be let in through the window on the roof and so I half asleep opened my window.
He came in a minute later and I woke up to a half dead bird flapping around my room……
He has to this day, five years later, never brought me another dead thing.
