Everyone knows that McDonald’s isn’t exactly healthy, but what this woman found in her breakfast sandwich is beyond nasty.
A sausage egg McMuffin should only have four components — sausage, egg, cheese, and muffin. So what in the hell is this blue rubbery thing in this woman’s sandwich?
Whatever it is seems to be embedded in the sausage, meaning that it probably came from the factory rather than from the restaurant. Either way, I’m definitely not going to be craving McDonald’s anytime soon!
