It’s never too early to teach kids what it means to respect people who serve in the military.
Eventually, kids will understand the sacrifices that have been made by men and women in uniform, but showing thanks is something that can be done at any age. Two-year-old Sawyer already knows that these North Carolina flag bearers are heroes.
After getting off a plane, Sawyer runs up to each flag bearer individually to shake their hands.
