This Kangaroo Is Grateful For Her Rescuers And She Thanks Them In The Sweetest Way

Abigail was just five months old when she was brought to the Kangaroo Sanctuary Alice Springs.

Having lived at the sanctuary for more than 10 years now, Abi hasn’t let her caregivers forget how appreciative she is for everything they do for her and her other kangaroo friends.

While most kangaroos would probably jump for joy in celebration for their rescuers, this overly friendly gal has a more hands-on approach to showing her appreciation. You don’t get to become the “queen of the sanctuary” without dishing out a good hug or two.

Not only is Abi queen of the sanctuary, she just might be the most affectionate rescue animal on the planet.

There’s not a day that goes by where Abi doesn’t show thanks to her caregivers by giving them bear hugs.
