This Dog's Situation Was So Bad That The Flies On His Body Thought He Was Long Gone

It’s no secret that sheer will to live plays a huge role in survival, whether it’s the survival of a person struggling with cancer or that of an animal dying at the hands of abuse and neglect.

And this dog that was recently found unresponsive by rescuers from Animal Aid Unlimited knows a thing or two about that. When they first saw him, they were stunned by the fact that even the flies that swarmed the dog’s body assumed he was a goner.

But this pup stared death in the face and chose to fight for his life instead. You can watch this incredible rescue mission unfold in the video below.
