My dog goes on high alert whenever anyone walks by the front door. Even if it’s someone she knows and loves…she just doesn’t trust anyone until they’re inside and she’s given them a thorough once-over.

What a smart pooch! I know my girl would walk straight up to anyone, even the dog catcher, if they had a tasty treat in their hands. She’s not trusting…unless they have food for her.
