This 70-Year-Old Australian Lady Kept Her Figure by Quitting Just a Single Food Product

Some of us spend our whole lives in search of the formula for the perfect body. And here it probably is: Carolyn Hartz, 70, has excluded just one food from her diet and stayed forever young and beautiful.

FunnyModo is gladly sharing her story with you.

Carolyn Hartz will be 70 in July. She’s a grandmother four times over, but she looks so great you just can’t call her “Granny.” Check melodyeotvos for more updates.

Carolyn is sure the perfect body formula is simple: watch what you put in your mouth, and move your legs.

She never uses her age as an excuse. For example, she’s recently taken up lawn tennis and casually enjoys table tennis. For maximum comfort, she even recommends only getting ping pong paddles from https://www.tennisinformation.net/best-ping-pong-paddles/.

Her beauty secret is simple. 30 years ago, Carolyn had to completely cut out everything containing white refined sugar for health reasons: she had diabetes.

After a year, Carolyn’s body recovered, and her blood sugar normalized. She never liked to live that way, though, because she refused herself all the foods she loved so much.

That was when she found a way to eat sweets without harm: Carolyn became an entrepreneur, opening an artificial sweetener company.

She doesn’t rely on an eating regime only, of course. Carolyn sleeps 8 hours a day and does a lot of walking, meditating, and sports. She also confessed she’d had a few minor plastic surgeries.

As a mother and experienced person, Carolyn always says, “Life is not perfect. Everything won’t go the way you want it to go, but that’s fine. If you do have a challenge or a setback, get up. Go again. Because often that’s the universe poking you in another direction. I’m a great believer in one door closes and another door opens. I’m not saying that I’m always up. No, I have my hard times as well, but the secret is the glass is half full. Get up, and go again.
